Services
InnovaTech provides services including website development, webshop development, blogs, landing pages, custom applications, reservation applications, SEO optimization, hosting, business email addresses, and other digital solutions.
Inquiries and orders
By sending an inquiry or order, the user provides the information needed to prepare an offer, assess the project, or begin implementation. InnovaTech reserves the right to refuse a project that is not in accordance with its capabilities, business rules, or legal regulations.
Prices and offers
Prices displayed on the website may be informational or approximate. The final price may depend on project requirements, additional functionalities, content, integrations, and agreed terms. For custom projects, the price is defined by an individual offer.
Payment
The payment method is defined according to the agreement or offer. For certain services, payment may be made as a one-time payment, annually, or according to project phases. A project is considered ordered after confirmation of the offer or agreement between the user and InnovaTech.
User obligations
The user is responsible for providing accurate information, texts, images, logos, and other materials necessary for creating the project. The user guarantees that they have the right to use the submitted materials and that they do not violate the rights of third parties.
Development deadlines
Development deadlines depend on the complexity of the project, availability of materials, and speed of communication. Deadlines may be extended if the user is late in delivering content, feedback, or required approvals.
Copyright and ownership
After the agreed obligations have been settled, the user receives the right to use the completed project according to the agreed terms. InnovaTech reserves the right to display completed projects in its portfolio, unless otherwise agreed.
Maintenance and support
Maintenance, upgrades, additional changes, and technical support are not automatically included in every service, unless specifically stated in the offer or agreement. Additional work may be charged separately.
Liability
InnovaTech strives to provide quality, secure, and functional digital solutions, but is not responsible for damage caused by improper use, external services, third-party hosting problems, search engine algorithm changes, or user actions.
Referral program and refund
The referral code allows users to receive a refund when a new person orders a service using their code. For the development of a website, webshop, blog, custom application, and reservation application paid as a one-time payment, the refund amount is €40. For a reservation application paid annually, landing page development, and other services exceeding a value of €100, the refund amount is €20. The refund is granted only after the new order has been successfully agreed, completed, and paid. InnovaTech reserves the right to verify the validity of the referral code and refuse the refund in case of abuse, fake orders, or attempts to manipulate the program.

InnovaTech reserves the right to change these terms of use at any time. The updated version will be published on this page.
